Refund policy

We are confident in the quality of our products, we are committed to providing assistance in the unlikely event of any issues arising.

Every product we offer is crafted by hand with meticulous care. While we aim to deliver exactly as depicted in the picture, please understand that slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

At Surakshit Hub, we prioritize your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be reused or resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns once items are delivered or dispatched.

Return or exchange requests may not be accepted under the following circumstances:

*Items purchased during a promotional sale.

*Incorrect or outdated delivery address, or incorrect format of delivery address.

*Three unsuccessful delivery attempts by our courier agent.

*Minor variations in colour and design may occur due to the handmade nature of our 
 products and the unique characteristics of natural stones and pearls used.

*Your item will be replaced with an exchange, an unboxing video is required.

*Cash refunds are not offered for any reason. Instead, all returns or exchanges will be 
 issued store credits.

*If your item is not available, the amount will be refunded to your bank account.

Damage Item
In extreme cases of damaged product delivery (leakage / broken/missing items) due to transit, an exchange can be initiated after thorough verification.The necessary images of the unboxing video (mandatory) with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items / leakage / breakage or damage / incorrect product.

Refund Process
If a refund is approved, the refunded amount will be initiated within 15 days from the date of order delivery.
