*Product Descriptions and Pricing: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and pricing for all our products. However, errors may occur. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

*Order Process and Payment Terms: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept various payment methods, and payment must be made at the time of order.

*Shipping and Delivery: We offer shipping to various locations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Surakshit Hub is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

CANCELLATION

To request a cancellation or modification of your order, please email us at info@surakshithub.com We will endeavor to accommodate your request; however, once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us within 2 days of receipt, and we will arrange for its collection. By using our services, you agree to accept Surakshit Hub decisions regarding cancellations without dispute.

Refund & Exchange Not Eligible the Following Cases.

Payment in full is mandatory upon confirmation of all pre-orders and customized orders.

Refunds will not be issued if our courier agents make three unsuccessful delivery attempts.

No refunds will be provided in cases where the address is deemed incorrect or outdated.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges or returns for minor variations in color or design. Variations may occur due to differences in display settings of computers, laptops, and phones, as well as variations in photographic lighting sources. Additionally, each product is handcrafted by traditional artisans, adding to its uniqueness.

If a refund is approved, only the value of the product will be refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable.

We cannot be held liable for delays resulting from natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Terms for sales and promotions

The duration of the sale is determined solely by Surakshit Hub and will continue until stocks are depleted. Surakshit Hub reserves the right to extend or conclude the sale at any time, without prior notice.

All sales items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. For further information, please refer to our returns and exchange policy.
