Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping:

We are offering free shipping for all orders over Rs. 2,500 within India and Shipping charges are ₹65 for prepaid orders and ₹115 for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, respectively.

Typically, we aim to ship and deliver all orders within 2-7 business days. However, on rare occasions, unforeseen circumstances such as government actions, adverse weather conditions, technical challenges, or natural events may cause slight delays. If such situations arise, rest assured we are dedicated to resolving them promptly and will keep you updated on any impact to your order. Your patience and understanding during these exceptional circumstances are greatly appreciated as we work to ensure your satisfaction.

Orders containing multiple products will be shipped together, which may result in slightly onger delivery times. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

A charge of Rs. 250 will apply if the customer-provided contact number is incorrect and the order has already been shipped. This charge covers two-way shipping, packaging, and warehouse costs. Any remaining amount will be issued as store credit to the customer.

Orders are shipped by India Post (Indian government postal service), FedEx, DHL and Aramex

Delivery takes approximately 4-6 weeks from dispatch by India Post.
